Unity Trust Bank is a commercial bank that supports businesses which strive to make a difference in the UK, such as charities, SMEs and not-for-profits. Working with its like-minded customers, Unity delivers social impact that changes the futures of tens of thousands of people.
Their social impact proposition was not understood by customers, so Unity challenged us to refresh its brand proposition and strengthen the brand for future growth.
Our creative thinking
We worked together with the Unity team to redefine its proposition, build a robust brand framework, create a new identity and communicate all of that on a new website that put customer needs first. To take Unity’s colleagues on the journey, we created a full suite of comms – from films to screensavers – that told the rebrand story at the launch event.
To launch the new brand to new audiences, we created a multi-media national campaign that let Unity’s customers do the talking and inspired organisations to switch from their incumbent banks.
