Our challenge
Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health, learning disability, and neurodiversity services. The Trust recognised the need for a brand refresh to better reflect its core values and breadth of services provided. Additionally, it sought to ensure that the brand resonated with its main audiences. The challenge was to create a brand that not only conveyed expertise and professionalism but also fostered inclusivity, empathy, and understanding.
Our creative thinking
We initiated the project by conducting stakeholder engagement sessions with various groups, including service users, carers, healthcare professionals, partners and staff. These sessions allowed us to gather valuable insights, understand perceptions, and identify key themes.
Building on the insights gathered, we collaborated closely with the Trust to develop a compelling brand proposition, new strapline, brand narrative and revitalised identity that encapsulated its mission, values, and commitment to excellence in mental health and neurodiversity services. The successful brand refresh has served as the foundation for all subsequent branding efforts.
