Rising to the challenge for York-based Reeds Rains
York-based Reed Rains, one of the UK’s largest estate agents, were looking for a lead agency to support with their strategy, generation and delivery of quarterly awareness and acquisition campaigns to work across the client’s residential sales, letting and financial services divisions.
Our creative thinking
All of the creative work was built around the concept of ‘The Reeds Rains Effect’ using an image of a human smile laid over selective Reeds Rains’ properties to convey the happy home effect which is created when customers use Reeds Rains’ various services. The first campaign included in-store point of sale, signage, press advertising and digital communications. Due to ThinkOTB’s strong track record in the housing sector, we were able to rise to the challenge of the creative brief, demonstrating innovative concepts which are helping to differentiate Reeds Rains.
