Our challenge
York-based Reed Rains are one of the UK’s largest estate agents. They were looking for a lead agency to support with their strategy, generation and delivery of quarterly awareness and acquisition campaigns to work across the client’s residential sales, letting and financial services divisions.
Our creative thinking
The first campaign included in-store point of sale, signage, press advertising and digital communications. Due to ThinkOTB’s strong track record in the housing sector, we were able to rise to the challenge of the creative brief, demonstrating innovative concepts which are helping to differentiate Reeds Rains.
