Developing a compelling and unique brand for Leeds Hospitals Charity

Our challenge

Leeds Hospitals Charity (LHC) is the Charity of Leeds Teaching Hospitals, providing support to eight hospitals across the West Yorkshire region.

With significant growth plans over the next five years, there was a clear vision to work towards. The LHC brand was tired and lacked a clear proposition, which made bringing it in line with the future ambitions of the Charity and ensuring it was fit for purpose, a high priority.

Our creative thinking

LHC partnered with ThinkOTB to deliver a strategic brand framework, which clearly defines who the Charity is, what it does and why it does it.

It was important to identify what makes the Charity unique compared to others and what would resonate with all audience groups and key stakeholders. The brand framework we created was supported by a refreshed brand identity, giving LHC the ability to flex and adapt their approach across various marketing communications campaigns. The key objective being to increase awareness and support their ambition to become the number one healthcare charity choice in the region.
