Bradford Council had a well-established careers and recruitment newsletter that was published regularly; it covered a range of vacancies, acting as the main resource for education-based job roles in the local area. They wanted to move this resource online and OTB were appointed to deliver this on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to their existing operation.
Working alongside Education Bradford, a department within Bradford Council, we delivered a vibrant new brand identity to work both offline and online for Prospects, recruitment specialists for the education sector in Bradford. As well as redesigning and building their recruitment and advertising website, the project also comprised of various print collateral, including event, stationery, brochure and presentation templates.
The project was a resounding success and we have since been chosen to develop the next incarnation of this project, ‘Prospects Online’. This will feature a more responsive layout and added functionality which will transform the whole recruitment process, making it smoother and more user friendly.
This project was a fun challenge that you just knew would have a positive impact on the lives of people in Bradford.
