ISA: Behavioural and cultural change marketing programme
OTB were brought on board to help the three partner businesses involved in ISA simply work better together by looking at the strategic and behavioural messaging and marketing collateral required on site at Sellafield.
As part of our role, we run a number of internal workshops to help the continuous positive change and also monitor the effects of a number of initiatives. We then report back to key stakeholders and continue to monitor feedback and adjust the roadmap to ensure a continuous positive sentiment across the business.
DEFRA: Energy and resource saving marketing initiative
The Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs came to OTB with a challenge. They wanted us to promote better energy and resource use across all their UK offices to promote a behavioural shift.
After we had done our research and marketing planning, we began to search for the big thing. A beautifully simple idea that would capture people’s imaginations and communicate effectively what it is we wanted people to do. Once we had that bid idea, we then set about making sure it appeared in lots of small, unexpected places so that we could surprise and delight people and ensure the behavioural change happened.
The National Grid: South Wales Zero2050
Just one of the many projects we are involved in with The National Grid is the South Wales Zero2050 initiative. Our role in this important project to decarbonisation is to help communicate to businesses the steps being taken towards “Net Zero Status” and the work packages being undertaken.
As well as launching the project’s website, we communicate important progress and conduct a wide range of interviews with project stakeholders in order to ensure that the progress made is clearly communicated. We’re also responsible for a wide range of marketing campaigns that encourage people and businesses to get involved.
