Repositioning to put Shearings on the map

Known as Europe’s largest coach tour operator Shearings wanted to reposition themselves as a travel brand offering holiday packages suitable for everyone – from European destination getaways to operating holidays in some of the UK’s most renowned locations.

Shearings wanted ThinkOTB to create a new brand positioning and integrated marketing campaign that challenged public perception, drove sales in the quiet January period and demonstrated the sheer breadth of holidays available in the UK, Europe and beyond.

To develop the brand strategy, ThinkOTB grounded the brand in the positioning statement ‘This is’. 

This campaign line was a proud statement from a company assured in their brand and could be rolled out alongside picturesque landscapes to alter the expectation of what a Shearings holiday involves.
