Just why is Julian Gratton giving away trade secrets, you might ask? Having just joined the award winning Leeds marketing agency as Joint Managing Partner, Julian is hosting a masterclass event to improve your return on investment, whether that’s marketing to consumers or B2B. Having previously worked as Group Creative Director at APS Group, Julian joined OTB in January and suggested this tried and tested event on day one.  Julian wants the audience to take away a bespoke marketing toolkit whether attendees are SME owners, senior marketing professionals who want to improve response and marketing collateral, get more out of their teams or agencies, or larger organisations who want to ensure their messaging is effective.

Julian has over 20 years working with household names such as Adidas and the RSPCA, lecturing on the use of language and design to businesses, top universities and business schools across Europe, on behalf of brands like Duracell, Pandora, the First Group and Phillips.  Whilst it may seem that Julian is giving away trade secrets, OTB is keen that the value and effectiveness of good marketing is shared with results that are tangible in this fast paced world of business.
