To assist in communicating the programme, ThinkOTB developed a Credo which unites everyone to deliver the ISA values and achieve the ISA vision, which in turn helps to embed the Cultural & Behavioural Change Programme. To communicate this to the hundreds of people in the ISA we developed a robust strategy spanning proposition and campaign, messaging matrix, creative direction, posters, lanyard cards, banner stands, presentation templates, Credo launch film, induction film, and a Change Champion induction programme.
We have seen some excellent results to date particularly in safety, teamwork, honesty and respect. The workplace already has a clear mission that connects employees’ daily work to a broader social purpose and positive change. What’s more, ThinkOTB team members are now part of the ISA’s delivery team, leading innovation and identity workstreams, and being Change Champions ourselves.
