MHA: Methodist Homes Association
As MHA’s offering moves just beyong care homes, they needed a positioning that defined who they are as an organisation and reflected their methodist principles. Our approach started with a number of stakeholder engagement meetings and workshops before looking at their brand positioning and architecture. Our findings, insights and work resulted in a new brand refresh and positioning and we provided a brand book for internal and external creatives to use for roll-out purposes with OTB remaining the brand guardians.
Originally known as the Benenden healthcare Society we were tasked with modernising Benenden as they moved out of just servicing the public sector and into a nationwide offering.
We held a number of stakeholder workshops as well as conducting in-depth research and interviews before developing a new positioning and developing a new set of guidelines. We then launched the brand with a nationwide TV commercial and other assets as well as offering advice to internal and external creatives as brand guardians.
Shearings were moving away from just providing coach holidays into a more rounded travel offering and needed a refreshed brand positioning, look and tone to reflect this.
We explored a number of routes and through a series of workshops landed on a positioning that the entire business could get behind and was then rolled out nationally and helped Shearings boost bookings with new customers whilst still being able to retain their existing loyal travellers.
Midland Heart, a leading housing organisation in the Midlands, were changing their strategic direction as a business, in addition the brand needed updating for a more online presence as many of the design decisions taken previously were not web friendly.
We explored a number of routes working collaboratively with internal teams and developing a new positioning and design and tone of voice guidelines that we then helped roll out across a wide range of assets.
