The Job: a development role with involvement at every stage of the web development process. You'll need to take .psd format designs, slice up and develop database driven websites to functional requirement specifications using CSS, XHTML and ASP.NET in C#.

The person: we're looking for a highly motivated problem solver with the ability to pick up new skills and a natural tendency to innovate and take initiative. You'll need the ability to contribute and communicate well within a team. Confidence and eloquence in client facing situations is also essential. Essential skills will cover ASP.NET 3.5, C#, MSSQL, AJAX, hand coded XHTML and CSS. Photoshop CS3/CS4 experience is desireable.

We're looking for creatives who can come up with top ideas under pressure (with the help of a copywriter in some cases) and who can quickly turn them into mac visuals that really get the idea across.

You¹ll be working for people like Thomas Cook, Direct Holidays, Visa and other big name clients on dm, brochures, pos, advertising, web and emarketing

We're getting busy. Very busy. If you're a flexible freelance creative artworker that's got a real eye for detail and can interpret mac visuals or rough scamps, build on them and turn them into top quality artwork under pressure, then we should talk.

You'll need to be spot on at dm, brochures and some pos, working in Quark, In-design, Illustrator and Photoshop.
